
Digital Growth Strategist

Job Description:
The Digital Growth Strategist will lead end-to-end responsibility for assigned financial product business numbers, driving growth and performance of Airtel Finance's products.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Business Ownership:
- Own and drive growth of key business metrics including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Product, Brand, Marketing, and online/offline acquisition teams.
- Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel – Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:
- Owning GTM strategy for new financial product launches ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
- Business Planning & Projections:
- Lead business planning for growth including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
- Ensuring targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
- Key Business Metrics Ownership:
- Driving key business metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
- Designing and implementing growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
- Optimizing growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention with a focus on long-term customer value.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
- BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
- Conducting A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
- Analyzing customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
- Experience in owning P&L of a product/category and driving growth in high-performance environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
