Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement data-driven optimization techniques to improve lead-to-client ratios and enhance overall campaign performance
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tools to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth
  • Manage email campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM tools to nurture leads and facilitate customer journeys
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine messaging and customer experiences
  • Lead branding efforts to differentiate the organization in competitive markets
  • Monitor and track ROI on all campaigns to recommend adjustments and maximize efficiency
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, analytics, and tools to ensure continued expertise and innovation
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, paid social ads, and analytics tools
  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
  • Experience with website platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Graphic design or video marketing experience
  • Familiarity with local SEO for regions like New York, Florida, and Canada
