This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing operational aspects of brand and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibitions & Trade Shows:
    • Manage administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and events.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product, branding, and technical information.
    • Ensure timely delivery of materials to event locations.
    • Collate leads and visitor data captured during events and ensure accurate upload to CRM systems.
  • Social Media Coordination:
    • Liaise between company and social media agency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas and product information.
    • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content.
  • Marketing Budget Management:
    • Track marketing expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
    • Collaborate with finance team for processing invoices and reconciliations.
    • Maintain records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness.
  • Sales Collateral Management:
    • Drive creation, review, and distribution of sales materials.
    • Coordinate with design agencies and printers for timely execution.
    • Maintain repository of up-to-date marketing assets.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Identify and evaluate vendors in key markets.
    • Negotiate terms and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
    • Maintain database of approved vendors.
  • Brand Identity Implementation:
    • Evaluate consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints.
    • Review physical and digital branding at office premises, packaging, events, and collaterals.
    • Audit and improve brand consistency.
  • Merchandise & Gifting:
    • Manage end-to-end execution of branded merchandise.
    • Liaise with creative, sourcing, and procurement teams.
  • Lead Monitoring & Coordination:
    • Monitor incoming enquiries generated through campaigns.
    • Maintain accurate records of enquiries and coordinate follow-up with sales teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding or coordination.
  • Industry background – preferably FMCG or marketing/agency background.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results under tight timelines.
