Job Title: Lead Graphic/Visual Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual to lead our brand's visual identity and execute high-quality design work.

This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience in designing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collaterals that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels.
  • Drive innovation and set new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand / agency ecosystem.
  • Exposure to a digital or consumer tech ecosystem would be preferred.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on EQ.
