Job Description

As a Brand & Influencer Onboarding Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our influencer and brand marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution behind the scenes.

  • Identify and engage with influencers and content creators to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and content tracking to ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.
  • Support pre-production and on-site execution of brand shoots, reels, and content campaigns, including planning and coordinating logistics.
  • Help track influencer deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Plan and execute brand-led events, pop-ups, or influencer gatherings to foster meaningful connections and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
  2. Manage and coordinate logistics for campaign execution, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign outcomes.
  4. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand coordination, content production, or campaign support.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of visual content, social trends, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience assisting with ad shoots, reels, or events.
  • Good organisational and logistical management skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
