Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our flagship store in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SALES
    • Deliver personalized and luxurious in-store experiences to every client.
    • Achieve sales targets while building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Handle client queries, styling assistance, and after-sales support with professionalism.
  • STORE OPERATIONS
    • Oversee daily store functions including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
    • Ensure the store maintains high standards in cleanliness, display, and ambiance.
    • Track sales performance and prepare regular operational reports.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP
    • Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals and objectives.
    • Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to maintain efficiency and productivity.
    • Foster a collaborative, customer-centric work culture that drives business results.
  • BRAND REPRESENTATION
    • Uphold the values and ethos of our brand in all client interactions.
    • Support in-store events, exhibitions, and brand activations that showcase our products and services.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating our values and craftsmanship story to customers and stakeholders.
