RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote products or services, aligning with overall

business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively,

ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and inputs for campaign development, including product

features, target audience demographics, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and

campaign ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to

stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in marketing, continuously

seeking opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing support and resources

to maximize lead generation and conversion opportunities.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional items,

ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation meetings to generate innovative ideas and concepts for

marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and promotional activities, managing logistics, budgets, and vendor

relationships to ensure successful execution and maximum impact.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally and positively in all external

communications and interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
