Job Title: Master Planner

The Lead Architect position requires an exceptional individual with comprehensive planning, design, and execution skills for architectural and master planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Direct the project to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Collaborate with the land acquisition team to assess project viability.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work with sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Meetings Facilitation: Schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings to ensure progress and address challenges.
  • Design Evaluation: Critically evaluate consultant deliverables throughout various stages of project development.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure all planning, design, and implementation activities adhere to established standards and protocols.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Develop feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, designers, and architects to refine and finalize design concepts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs meet Indian building codes, standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.
  • Solution Development: Address design-related challenges proactively, offering effective solutions to construction teams.
  • Final Inspections: Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to project handover, ensuring completion meets specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience are required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience working on-site is beneficial.
Preferred Skills:
  • Architecture experience
