Product Strategy Manager

At our organization, we're transforming the way people connect and collaborate. As a Product Strategy Manager on our Contact Center team, you'll play a key role in shaping our product vision and ensuring seamless delivery of complex software systems.

We're looking for an experienced Product Strategist who can bridge customer needs with development teams, drive project implementation, and oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch. If you have a passion for analytics, data modeling, and warehousing, and can quickly find and assimilate new information, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product requirements and priorities through collaboration with customers, business stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Gather and analyze customer needs, feedback, and market trends to shape product strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
  • Create and manage product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Develop detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate product updates, vision, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role, preferably in ETL domain.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, data modeling, and warehousing is essential.
  • Experience with product analytics and at least one BI tool (GoodData, QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a Scrum-based environment.
  • Upper-intermediate spoken and written English required.
