Lead Luxury Business Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of our online luxury business.

This leadership role involves leading a team of 30 employees across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care and Creative & Content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and optimize strategies.
  • Develop strategies and plans for business expansion and future development.
  • Guide teams on creating the right product and price mix.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
  • Manage costs and overheads to ensure profitable performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
