We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our learning strategy, empowering employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Strategy & Design
    • Develop a comprehensive training plan aligned with our business objectives.
    • Identify training needs through analysis and collaborate with leadership to design customized programs.
    • Create a learning roadmap for all levels — frontline staff, store managers, HO employees, and leadership teams.
    • Partner with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and HR to embed learning in our business culture.
  • Program Development & Delivery
    • Create training modules on luxury customer service, clienteling, selling skills, brand storytelling, and enhancing overall customer experience.
    • Develop product knowledge sessions in collaboration with design/merchandising teams.
    • Implement e-learning and blended learning solutions to enhance accessibility.
  • Quality & Standards
    • Ensure consistency in brand training delivery across all stores and regions.
    • Monitor effectiveness of training programs through assessments, mystery audits, customer feedback, and sales performance.
    • Establish KPIs and reporting metrics for training impact.
    • Standardize induction programs for all new hires.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Introduce new learning methodologies (digital learning platforms, gamification, microlearning).
    • Stay updated with luxury retail training trends, competitor benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Training Evaluation & Impact Assessment
    • Develop a framework to evaluate training effectiveness at all levels.
    • Measure pre- and post-training impact on key business metrics such as sales conversion, average transaction value, repeat customer rate.
    • Collect and analyze participant feedback, customer feedback, and manager inputs to refine programs.
    • Generate regular reports on training outcomes for leadership, highlighting ROI and actionable insights.
    • Benchmark training impact against industry best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
    Requirements
    • A Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
    • 10-12 years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is mandatory.
    • Exposure to digital learning platforms, instructional design, and global training standards preferred.
