Job Title

As a Closing Transaction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the luxury real estate market by overseeing high-value transactions from negotiation to possession. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the closing process with seamless sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Coordination: Ensure timely closure of deals and manage all necessary documents for each transaction.
  • Legal Compliance: Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance of legal documents and contracts.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Client Communication: Provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized files of all transaction documents.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings and client follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
