The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer payments accurately, monitoring transactions across multiple platforms, and resolving disputes efficiently.

  • Verify Customer Payments: Record and update customer invoice payments in a timely manner.
  • Transaction Tracking: Monitor transactions across multiple platforms, including Stripe and Paddle.
  • Dispute Management: Identify and resolve disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with Payment Systems: Familiarize yourself with payment systems and cryptocurrency.
  • Independent Work: Handle confidential data and work independently.
  • Technical Background: Preference given to candidates with technical background or familiarity with digital platforms.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • SaaS, Fintech, or Digital Products: Experience working with SaaS, fintech, or digital products.
  • Anti-fraud, Compliance, or Financial Risk Management: Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management.
  • Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working remotely is a plus.
