Lead Software Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements test automation frameworks and solutions for payment processing
  • Mentors test engineers in best practices for test automation
  • Conducts code reviews and ensures adherence to coding standards

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience, including demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering deployments, test automation, and execution
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
  • Expertise in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile applications, and other technical disciplines
  • Practical cloud native experience and in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
