Electrical Engineer Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team in delivering complex electrical engineering projects.
- This is a leadership role that requires the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of engineers and designers.
- The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, with a strong background in electrical engineering design and project management.
About the Role
- Lead a team of engineers and designers on EPC type projects, including power plant, industrial, and petrochemical projects.
- Coordinate with other discipline leads, project management teams, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope development, budget preparation, and project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum 11-15 years of experience in electrical engineering design and project management, preferably with experience leading mid-to-large size EPC projects.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of ANSI/NEMA, NFPA, NERC, IEEE, CSA, and other international codes and standards.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with design software tools such as SKM Power Tools, ETAP, SmartPlant, CDEGS.
- Field construction and commissioning experience.
