Legal Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and review to execution and renewal. In this role, you will work closely with business teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft commercial contracts that comply with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate timely execution of contracts by coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
    • Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
    • Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
