Procurement Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to oversee contract finalization for residential Civil buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize contracts with vendors, including RCC Structure, Water Proofing, Fabrication works, and Steel Structures
  • Review vendor lists from Vendor Management System and identify potential partners
  • Examine tender documents, identify areas for cost optimization, and issue tenders
  • Negotiate contracts with assistance from category heads
  • Analyze quotes, manage vendor communication, and maintain records of correspondence
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate sector, preferably in subcontracts or procurement department
  • Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, design teams, construction crews, commercial teams, budgeting, legal, accounts, and finance
  • Familiarity with SAP functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of commercial instruments like Taxation, LC, VFS discounting schemes (a plus)
