We are looking for a highly skilled Project Costing and Project Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in project costing, project billing, and contract management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project conversions, debugging issues, configuring systems, and understanding period close steps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project conversions, including project, task, cost, budget, invoices, credit memo, and award
  • Debug system configuration and SLA issues
  • Understand period close steps and manage grant funds effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in project costing, project billing, and contract management
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle PPM and contract management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
