Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Painting Team Leader to manage both sales activities and on-site painting operations. This is a split-shift role that requires strong field sales and team management skills.
Responsibilities:- Conduct customer visits to understand painting requirements
- Take accurate measurements and recommend suitable paint types, colors, and quantities
- Provide estimates, explain the process, and help close deals
- Supervise the painting team during project execution
- Allocate tasks and ensure quality and timely completion
- Maintain daily records of site visits, team progress, and customer feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle on-site concerns
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to calculate area measurements and suggest suitable painting solutions.

- Knowledge of paint products and their applications is an advantage
- Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Willing to travel within assigned areas of Chennai
