Leadership Opportunity
As a seasoned professional, you will have the chance to lead a high-performing sales and operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth, foster collaboration across teams, and ensure operational excellence within your branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Leadership & Sales Strategy- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Build, motivate, and lead a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making using CRM dashboards. - Revenue & Business Growth- Deliver on branch-level revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
- Ensure effective execution of direct marketing initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across customer portfolios. - Customer Experience & Retention- Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch.
- Ensure delivery of high NPS scores through efficient service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions promptly. - Operational & Compliance Management- Oversee end-to-end branch operations including sales, service, and claims support.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Regularly audit sales processes to minimize risks. - Team Development & Mentorship- Train and upskill Relationship Managers in insurance advisory and digital selling techniques.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement incentive-driven culture strategies.
- Promote collaboration across sales, operations, and support teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Insurance/BFSI sales leadership roles.
- Proven success in branch-level P&L management and sales target achievement.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
- Expertise in insurance distribution channels (life and general).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
