This role involves working as a business leader to drive growth, develop relationships and deliver sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Staffing & Recruitment industry, with a strong focus on prospecting, managing and developing relationships with business owners to obtain job orders and exceed monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Define sales road maps and engage with targets to build awareness, identify opportunities and deliver customized staffing solutions through consultative sales approaches.
- Research and market the company's services to new clients, penetrating new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, performing outbound calls to key decision-makers to build relationships and follow up consistently to obtain job orders and inquiries.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Client relationship management and retention to ensure regular business from new clients.
- Leverage existing business relationships, customer networks and contacts to open new business for the company and close deals.
