Financial Management Professional

A highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in handling various aspects of financial management, is required to fill this role. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Financial Reports: Daily MIS, Monthly MIS, and Financial Statements are to be prepared.
  • Supporting Audits: Annual Audit of India and Foreign Companies requires our support.
  • Tax Compliance: Preparation of Tax Audit / ITR and ensuring relevant tax filings is essential.
  • Transfer Pricing: Compliance for India and Foreign Companies needs to be maintained.
  • Jurisdictional Requirements: We need to comply with jurisdictional requirements.
  • Statutory and Internal Audits: Handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, etc. is part of the job.
  • Month-end Close: Month-end close transactions and FI and CO report reconciliations are crucial.
  • Budget Planning: Annual Budget preparation, including Capital Budgeting, is required.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Communication with cross-functional teams and consultants at international locations is essential.
Requirements:
  • Accounting Operations: Strong knowledge of Accounting Operations and Tax Accounting is necessary.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Familiarity with Regulatory Reporting is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English conversation and writing skills are expected.
  • Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Presentation, Communication, Negotiation, and Influencing Skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: SAP and Microsoft Office expertise is required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity is expected.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. They should be able to prepare financial statements, including Standalone Financials and Consolidated Financials, as per Ind AS /IGAAP / IFRS / US GAAP. Additionally, they should be well-versed in preparing Historical Restated Financial Statements for regulatory filings.

This role requires a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
