Senior Financial Strategist

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the financial operations and control functions across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of finance teams, ensuring proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or restructuring to optimize team performance.
Financial Planning & Control:
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and audits.
  • Develop internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective action plans and process improvements.
Process Enhancement:
  • Evaluate and enhance existing accounting processes by introducing new systems or automation.
  • Standardize financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all entities.
Reporting & Communication:
  • Prepare periodic financial insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
