Job Title: Vessel Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Vessel Operations Manager to lead our vessel management and technical operations.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.
  • Drive operational excellence through efficient planning and execution of dry-docking, major repairs, mobilizations, and refits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with Line Manager on vessel performance and incidents. They will also prepare specifications, evaluate tenders, and supervise daily technical operations.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Chief Engineer or sailing professional to take on a key leadership position in vessel management and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and promote company HSEQ policies onboard.
  • Plan and execute dry-docking, major repairs, mobilizations, and refits at regular intervals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of sailing experience as a Chief Engineer.
  • Candidates from any type of vessel background will be considered.
  • Shore experience is not mandatory; fresh Chief Engineers are welcome to apply.
