Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and efficient identity management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.
  • Manage connectors for various target systems (AD, Azure AD, Databases, LDAP, etc.).
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.
  • Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Support onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events).
  • Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incident.
