Leading Identity Governance Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using a leading Identity Governance platform.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems to enhance the user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring that all needs are met.
Required Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in a leading Identity Governance platform.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
