Identity Governance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and configuring Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements.

You will collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, and develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.

In addition, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, and assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Identity-IGA Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
