Identity Governance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in identity governance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive access policies and rules within Sail Point to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.

You will work closely with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management. Additionally, you will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced access policies and rules within Sail Point to ensure seamless identity governance.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure successful system adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in identity governance domain and Sail Point Identity IQ.
  • Deep expertise in Sail Point Identity IQ platform, including advanced configuration and customization.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity governance principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding processes within the Sail Point platform.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
