Cybersecurity professionals with expertise in Identity and Access Management are invited to apply for a challenging role that involves advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform.

This position requires collaboration with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient Identity Governance and Administration environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), as well as expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis. They should also be familiar with Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.
  • Manage connectors for various target systems.
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.
  • Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Support onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience with integration to target systems.
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment.
