SailPoint Consultant: An Identity Expert

We're seeking an experienced SailPoint consultant to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The ideal candidate will have operational expertise, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in SailPoint APIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Level 2 support tickets for SailPoint IdentityIQ issues.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
  • Collaborate with higher-level teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
