Job Title: Commercial Contract Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a key role in shaping the company's contract management strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, business development, and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives;
  • Draft and finalize agreements, letters of intent, commercial proposals, etc., in consultation with internal stakeholders and external counsel;
  • Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures in contracts;
  • Collaborate with senior legal counsels to develop and implement contract management strategies;
  • Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers and contractors;
  • Participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and advisors during the contracting process;
  • Manage and coordinate contract-related activities, including review, negotiation, and finalization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in commercial contract management, preferably with experience in IT outsourcing and other types of IT contracts;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and contractors;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and exposures in contracts;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility;
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
