We seek an initiative-driven and diligent enterprise lawyer to join our global legal team.

The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the organisation's contractual arrangements with vendors including related enterprise documentation.

Key responsibilities include managing legal documentation, drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, conducting research, and ensuring overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.

You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of organisational contractual arrangements with vendors.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate agreements.
  • Conduct research and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
