About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing contract lifecycle management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Configuration: Configure and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the platform.
  • Business Rules and Workflow Management: Modify and manage business rules, workflow logic, and configuration keys to align with business requirements.
  • Security and Access Controls: Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls.
  • Master Data Governance: Manage and update master data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs.
  • Integration and Interoperability: Support integration with ERP systems and ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Data Management and Updates: Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities. Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
