Senior Contract Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the Contract Manager position.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle from drafting and review to execution and compliance. You will work closely with business teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure they meet all applicable laws and company policies.
- Facilitate timely execution of contracts by coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in contract management or related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
- Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
- Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
