Job Title: Legal Manager,

As a seasoned legal professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and guidance to support the business in achieving its objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, including supply and service agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, tender documents, HR services contracts, transmission contracts, international contracts, and financing contracts.
  • Providing detailed legal opinions on matters such as bidding strategy, right of way, transmission service agreements, share purchase agreements, indemnity claims, and contractual payment disputes.
  • Conducting land-related legal due diligence, title verification for project development, and assessing risks associated with land procurement and right of way.
  • Reviewing final bid submissions, handling bid-related legal queries, and providing prompt clarifications to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Engaging in direct negotiations with external stakeholders and finalizing contracts by ensuring favorable legal positioning while maintaining business objectives.
