Job Summary

A Maintenance Management Professional will oversee the Preventive Maintenance process for our facility's electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance activities.

This role involves planning, execution, and administration of Facility Maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety regulations.

The areas of focus include:

  1. Preventive Maintenance Planning and Execution
  2. Supervision of Electrical, Mechanical, and Firefighting Equipment Maintenance
  3. Vendor Performance Monitoring and Maintenance Material Management
  4. Compliance with Safety Regulations and Environmental Standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance Schedules for all equipment.
  • Conduct regular Safety Inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source and procure Maintenance Materials.
  • Manage Spares and Inventory for all maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain Equipment Records and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to resolve technical issues and improve maintenance practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Maintenance Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or certifications in Maintenance Management or a related field are highly desirable.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and complex written information.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and their application to maintenance.
