Job Opportunity: Facility Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day activities at our coworking centers. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of MEP services, managing housekeeping and security, coordinating with vendors, and handling administrative tasks.

About the Role

  • Oversee daily facility operations across multiple locations
  • Manage housekeeping, security, vendor coordination, and maintenance schedules
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and optimal performance of MEP systems
  • Handle administrative tasks including asset management, inventory control, and procurement
  • Support centre teams in delivering exceptional member experiences
  • Coordinate with internal teams and service providers for timely issue resolution

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in facility management or administration, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly to operational needs
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MEP, housekeeping, and vendor management is an asset
