About this opportunity:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive asset reliability management program. This entails working closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies for efficient maintenance, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of the ARMP solution in the Long Segment
  • Contribute to the development of transformation strategies for projects
  • Participate in the creation of 5-year plans, including architecture concepts
  • Assess project progress against current strategy
  • Manage run and maintain activities, including incidents management and progressive maintenance management

Requirements:

  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
  • SAP customizing in SAP PM module
  • ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging)
  • Deep knowledge of business processes in plant maintenance activity
  • Ability to communicate effectively at various levels
