Business Transformation Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Leader to join our team. As an Assistant Vice President - Practice SME-Agentic AI, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the development and implementation of strategic solutions.

About the Role:

  • Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with many countries/ regions in scope.
  • Develop and implement business cases for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.
  • Lead RFX submissions for new Customers and provide sound business rationale for proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project results and support transition.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to develop and refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository.
  • Manage project engagement to balance organization profit and long-term client opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital SEP projects implementation.
  • Develop Genpact product offering in line with industry changes – Optimum solution offering & digital offerings to support solution design.
  • Perform regular evaluations of team members' performance and identify training requirements.
  • Build strategic relationship skills experience with peers from operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Open to extensive travelling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
