Operational Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead operational transformations, leveraging expertise in process capacity and utilization modeling, bottleneck analysis, and waste reduction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achievement in operations consulting, with strong knowledge in discrete manufacturing, project management, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project workstreams for transformations and expansions, prioritizing improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Apply structured methodologies to problem-solve technical manufacturing issues, adopting a process-oriented approach to break down complex problems into manageable modules.
  • Drive change and improvements to client operations execution, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in high-performance manufacturing environments, with 3+ years of leadership and management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM fields, Operations, or Business, with a Master's preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to travel 2-3 months annually.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Lean Six Sigma and methodologies like Kaizen, JIT, Kanban, SMED, 5S, Poka Yoke, Visual Workplace, and VSM.
  • Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, or turnaround and restructurings.
  • Direct operating experience with P&L accountability and international work experience.
