Project Transformation Leader

The role of the Project Transformation Leader involves overseeing the delivery of a comprehensive safety culture transformation project.

Initially based at the Gujarat site, with the possibility of incorporating additional locations in the future, the leader will proactively plan, direct, and implement all aspects of the transformation program.

This includes overseeing both construction and operational safety activities at the designated sites.

The Project Transformation Leader will be instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture by demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and engagement skills with stakeholders.

  1. Engage client management and resolve issues for effective implementation of safety at site.
  2. Manage change and establish clear communication plans of the project.
  3. Communicate frequently about the project to internal and external stakeholders via physical or digital communications.
  4. Reporting on project rollout status, capacity planning, key parameters, and challenges in regular and consistent manner.
  5. Promote best safety practices as part of project implementation.
  6. Communicate timely to clients on challenges and support required for effective project implementation.
  7. Review program effectiveness and course correct when required.
  8. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to management (team size: 50-60 people).
  9. Organize learning platforms and deploy lessons learned in the project.
  10. Manage construction safety and projects operational management at site.
  11. Engage actively with clients to understand their safety expectations, requirements, and standards. Ensure these are integrated into the project safety management system.
  12. Collaborate with clients for safety planning, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety across the site.
  13. Foster a culture of safety consciousness among all project stakeholders, encouraging a proactive approach towards safety.
