Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Integration Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining integrations using Workday EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). You will also configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.

Additionally, you will perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems. Your expertise will be utilized to write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions. Providing technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues, is also a key responsibility.

Furthermore, you will build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems. Participating in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems is also expected.

Finally, you will support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks. Staying updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry best practices is crucial in this role.
