Job Title: Talent Acquisition- Assistant Manager- Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition- Assistant Manager- Real Estate to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Interviews and Filtering: Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills to ensure the best fit for the role.
  • Recruiting Strategy: Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and onboarding.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Real Estate Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing real estate/construction roles.
