About This Role

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and secure delivery of digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be innovative and creative in their approach, and possess strong technical knowledge of content management tools.

They will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to upload content, ensuring quality control, and developing relationships with agencies to provide timely provision of content.

This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain solid partnerships with stakeholders, analyze stakeholder requirements, and propose design solutions. The successful candidate will also have the chance to mentor and train incoming rotating contract digital asset specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage receipt of Content Manifest including content Approval documentation
  • Perform initial QC on content to test rendering, performance, and interactive elements
  • Perform trouble shooting content-related technical issues
  • Enhance content structure and digital asset UI and UX
  • Build and maintain intranet and internet websites
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years relevant work experience with a solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of web content management/Digital Asset Management preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare space
  • Soft skills: Strong communication skills (written & verbal), innovative and creative thinking
  • Technical skills: Technical knowledge of content management tools (Sharepoint online, Sharepoint Designer, CMS, Figma, Photoshop, proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe PDF)
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, computer science, communications, web/graphic design, or related field
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
