Job Title: Digital Asset Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the implementation and management of our digital asset system for a global platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital asset management, a strong understanding of digital workflows, and the ability to lead a team in delivering a scalable solution.

About This Role
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and configuration of our digital asset system to meet the requirements of a global platform, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain the digital asset taxonomy, metadata schema, and governance policies to support efficient organization, retrieval, and use of digital assets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of DAM administrators, librarians, and asset managers, ensuring best practices in digital asset management are followed.
  • Oversee the integration of our digital asset system with other systems such as content management, product information management, customer relationship management, and marketing automation platforms.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Library Science, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital asset management platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Widen, Bynder) and experience with their architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of digital workflows, metadata standards, taxonomy development, and asset lifecycle management.
