Job Overview

This role oversees the management of assets to support business growth. Key responsibilities include developing innovative processes, owning asset management systems, and providing operational oversight.

  • Drive the creation, implementation, and integration of new processes to meet product demands.
  • Manage end-to-end asset management processes for supported business streams.
  • Ensure regional and country-specific IT logistics services align with governance, health and safety, and service improvement standards.
  • Establish a shared vision across departments by building consensus on priorities.
  • Integrate new business streams into existing operations.
  • Analyze metrics to inform product success and drive decision-making.
  • Lead process efficiency and automation efforts with a team of engineers and designers.
  • Identify key levers impacting operational efficiencies.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate supplier, market, commercial, and contractual risks.
  • Negotiate frame agreements with regional partners and suppliers.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and departments at regional and global levels.
  • Perform supply chain tasks with cultural, geographic, and political awareness.
  • Oversee internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure trade compliance and operational requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Experience with enterprise inventory management and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to optimize supply chain processes to meet customer service level agreements.
  • Background in managing regionally and globally dispersed assets.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to solve complex problems and adapt to changing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational delivery and oversight.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in evaluating metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Background in IT hardware asset management.
