Job Summary:

Digital assets technology team leads oversee day-to-day operations of digital asset systems, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They develop and implement strategic plans to enhance digital asset operations, including integration with other systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex projects, deliver results on time, and ensure quality execution of small to large scale projects.
  • Lead a team of experienced software engineers, systems analysts, and project managers to support innovative projects in the digital asset space.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on software development in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
