Content Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for publishing creative assets, experiences, and critical digital content to our client websites and other platforms across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day content management operations and tasks in support of product launches, other marketing initiatives, and regular page maintenance.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables to clients through diligent work and high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Work with developer teams to plan page structures and agree upon project approaches that meet client needs.
  • Lead small projects with the support of the team, driving results and growth.
  • Balancing multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Contribute to documentation and training within the content management org to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of CMS and other internal tools to effectively troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions.
