Hiring Manager: Project Lead

About the job

Our Team:

We are an internal organization based in India to centralize processes and activities to support various functions.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure timely delivery, management, upload, tagging and reporting of digital assets and content.

Ensure that content is received properly with all added supporting information - key words, focus areas, categories, hotspots.

Responsible for quality control and technical viability of assets to be uploaded.

Responsible to upload the content in alignment with instruction provided within the Content Manifest.

Develop relationships with agencies to ensure timely provision of content for creating copy doc and library images.

Partner closely with Medical Teams to ensure up-to-date and efficient search capabilities.

Create, update, and distribute all necessary digital asset guidelines to ensure current processes are followed.

Responsible for testing the content within SharePoint and other CMS platforms on performance, content format and interactive elements.

Mentor and train incoming rotating contract digital asset specialists, creates/updates training guidelines and materials as needed.

Build and maintain intranet and internet websites using platforms such as SharePoint online and Viva Engage/Yammer.

Analysing stakeholder requirements, proposing design solutions over call or creating forms in SharePoint or Adobe/Figma as per their requirement.

Preparing mock-up of site designs if required to suggest stakeholders on various site design possibilities.

Taking full ownership of managing administrative activities related to the assigned site like providing access to team members, setting up unique permissions for libraries/pages.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

(2) Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in Medical function to receive content for site updates for publishing.

(3) Co-ordinating and performing QC activities to ensure quality check validation.

Performance Metrics:

(1) Manage receipt of Content Manifest including content Approval documentation.

(2) Perform initial QC on content to test rendering, performance and interactive.

(3) Perform trouble shooting content-related technical issues.

(4) Enhance content structure and digital asset UI and UX.

(5) Build and maintain intranet and internet websites.

Process Guidelines:

(1) Follow detailed guidelines (for example collecting request, creating and validating copy doc, review of the content for expiration date, tagging, validating MMRC#).

(2) Good understanding about CMS tools like SharePoint Online and Magnolia application.

(3) Effective understanding on content structure.

(4) Secure adherence to QC process to maintain quality requirements.
