About 2coms

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our team at 2coms.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through phone calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to 2coms.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information on our services.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, services, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives and improve customer engagement.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Kannada and Telegu is advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Telecaller or customer support or similar roles.


Benefits:

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Salary: up to 2.64 LPA. General shifts with flexibility to work as per process requirements. Weekly off: Roster off.
